      The Vigan City Festival is an annual celebration in Vigan, Philippines dedicated to promoting the city and its rich cultural heritage. One of its highlights is the Longganisa Festival, a lively event honoring the region and its famous pork sausages. In conjunction with the festival, the Longganisa Cookfest is organized where studnets  show their culinary skills to create varied and delicious Longganisa dishes. Zumba sessions add an energetic and healthy element to the celebration, promoting community engagement and well-being.      The centerpiece is a spectacular parade that fills the streets with colorful floats, traditional dances and music, providing a visual spectacle for locals and visitors alike. Quarter 2 brought overwhelming stress, fueled by constant cramming and anxiety. Each night, exhaustion gripped me as activities piled up, leaving insufficient time for rest. The persistent challenges added to the strain, creating a cycle of sleep deprivation and heightened pressure. It was a demanding period that tested both mental resilience and time management skills.  The difficulties or issues I have encountered in the second quarter include when I find it difficult to understand some other subjects and when I am pressed for time and find it difficult to finish a work. I struggle while making a blog since I don't write much and I'm not sure how to edit it, and I also have trouble reporting because I'm not used to speaking and interacting with a lot of people. In order to overcome these obstacles and problems and complete all of my academic responsibilities, I focus, take notes, and improve my time management.  The national hero of the Philippines, Jose Rizal, made significant contributions to Philippine society that are being felt today. Through his literary prowess, Rizal exposed the injustices and abuses under Spanish colonial rule, shedding light on the oppressive system and inspiring a sense of national identity and unity among Filipinos.  His most significant contribution, however, is found in his advocacy for social and political reforms through his writings, particularly his novels "Noli Me Tangere" and "El Filibusterismo."    In addition, Rizal was instrumental in forming the moral and intellectual climate of the nation. He placed a strong emphasis on education and enlightenment since he thought that society could not advance without educated citizens.   The transition from one year to the next is a natural juncture for introspection and self-reflection, inspiring a collective sentiment of renewal and the promise of personal growth. At the core of "New Year New Me" I want to have a core plan this year 2024:cultivating a new habit, prioritizing quality time with family,fostering financial responsibility and an enhanced focus on mental and physical wellness .  Combining a new habit with academic goals gives the approach an additional positive change component. Our routines are shaped by our habits, which have an impact on our well being and productivity. Developing a positive habit really aids in personal growth whether it is reading regularly, practicing mindfulness or engaging in a regular fitness. The focus on spending time with family emphasizes how important it is to maintain relationships even in the face of life responsibilities. Setting aside time for family relationships in today's world strengthens emotional tie
