ARAW NG KAGITINGAN

Araw Ng Kagitingan on April 9, 1942, marked a turning point in Philippine history and symbolized the bravery and resiliency of the Filipino people in the face of hardship. This event is celebrated as Araw ng Kagitingan, also known as the Day of Valor, in honor of the bravery and sacrifice of Filipino and American soldiers during World War II. The day remembers the bravery and valor of those who battled for freedom and democracy and serves as a reminder of the sacrifices they made.

Despite being outnumbered and having difficult circumstances, American and Filipino men bravely defended the Philippines against Japanese forces during the Battle of Bataan. The soldiers went through severe suffering during the months-long conflict, including hunger, illness, and intense fighting. Generations of Filipinos have been inspired by their unwavering resolve and charitable bravery in the face of impossible circumstances.

In addition to celebrating the past, Araw ng Kagitingan serves as a chance to consider the purity of bravery, resiliency, and patriotism. It urges people to remember the sacrifices made by those who have battled for freedom and democracy and serves as a reminder of how important these values are. We honor the heroes of the past and renew our dedication to creating a better future for our country by celebrating Araw ng Kagitingan.

QUARTER 2 JOURNEY

Quarter 2 brought overwhelming stress, fueled by constant cramming and anxiety. Each night, exhaustion gripped me as activities piled up, leaving insufficient time for rest. The persistent challenges added to the strain, creating a cycle of sleep deprivation and heightened pressure. It was a demanding period that tested both mental resilience and time management skills.  The difficulties or issues I have encountered in the second quarter include when I find it difficult to understand some other subjects and when I am pressed for time and find it difficult to finish a work. I struggle while making a blog since I don't write much and I'm not sure how to edit it, and I also have trouble reporting because I'm not used to speaking and interacting with a lot of people. In order to overcome these obstacles and problems and complete all of my academic responsibilities, I focus, take notes, and improve my time management. In order to write better essays, I work on my communication s...

JOSE RIZAL

The national hero of the Philippines, Jose Rizal, made significant contributions to Philippine society that are being felt today. Through his literary prowess, Rizal exposed the injustices and abuses under Spanish colonial rule, shedding light on the oppressive system and inspiring a sense of national identity and unity among Filipinos.  His most significant contribution, however, is found in his advocacy for social and political reforms through his writings, particularly his novels "Noli Me Tangere" and "El Filibusterismo."    In addition, Rizal was instrumental in forming the moral and intellectual climate of the nation. He placed a strong emphasis on education and enlightenment since he thought that society could not advance without educated citizens. The La Liga Filipina, an organization dedicated to education, was founded by Rizal, demonstrating his dedication to education.
