If you want to see change, you must start from within

I am the first to change. It's a straightforward yet powerful acknowledgment that gives people the confidence to assume responsibility for changing the world. I understand that I can start good changes in my own life and my community, rather than waiting for others to do so. Every action, no matter how tiny, adds up to a bigger movement for change, whether it's through acts of kindness, supporting worthy causes, or just being a positive role model for people around me.

I begin by taking a close look at my attitudes, and deeds to see where I may grow and help bring about change. Self-awareness and a dedication to personal development are the first steps. By developing, understanding, kindness, and compassion, I can make significant organizations with others and motivate them to go along with me on the excursion towards a superior world.

Change doesn't work out coincidentally, yet by making little strides every day, I can bit by bit affect the existences of people around me and add to an all more, fair, and manageable society. It begins with me, yet it doesn't end there. Together, with aggregate activity and shared vision, we can make a more promising time to come for us and ages to come.

QUARTER 2 JOURNEY

Quarter 2 brought overwhelming stress, fueled by constant cramming and anxiety. Each night, exhaustion gripped me as activities piled up, leaving insufficient time for rest. The persistent challenges added to the strain, creating a cycle of sleep deprivation and heightened pressure. It was a demanding period that tested both mental resilience and time management skills.  The difficulties or issues I have encountered in the second quarter include when I find it difficult to understand some other subjects and when I am pressed for time and find it difficult to finish a work. I struggle while making a blog since I don't write much and I'm not sure how to edit it, and I also have trouble reporting because I'm not used to speaking and interacting with a lot of people. In order to overcome these obstacles and problems and complete all of my academic responsibilities, I focus, take notes, and improve my time management. In order to write better essays, I work on my communication s...

Let's go Estudyantepreneur!

At the heart of the estudyantepreneur program are a variety of engaging activities designed to unleash the entrepreneurial potential of students. One such activity is the film viewing sessions, where students gather to watch and discuss movies that delve into the triumphs and tribulations of entrepreneurship. These screenings serve as a source of inspiration and education, offering valuable insights into the realities of starting and running a business. In addition to film viewings, the estudyantepreneur program offers practical business ventures such as spa services. Students trained in massage therapy and other spa treatments provide relaxation and rejuvenation to their peers and faculty members. Not only does this generate income for the students involved, but it also fosters a culture of wellness within the academic community. But the entrepreneurial spirit doesn't stop there. Games, photo booths, and picture-taking opportunities are also part of the estudyantepreneur lineup, ...

Mother's Day!!

Mother’s Day is a special occasion celebrated globally, but it maintains special significance in the hearts of Filipinos. In the Philippines, Mother’s Day is not just a day for mothers; it's a day to honor all motherly figures, including grandmothers, aunts, and godmothers. Families often gather to represent gratitude, love, and appreciation through different motions such as preparing special meals, giving heartfelt gifts, or organizing outings. It’s a time for reflection on the sacrifices and unconditional love that mothers provide. Traditional Filipino celebrations of Mother’s Day often affect a blend of everyday practices and indigenous customs. One common tradition is the preparation of a unique dinner featuring Filipino delicacies and favorite dishes of the honored mother figure.  Another tradition is the giving of "mano po," a gesture of respect where younger family members take the hand of their elders and press it to their forehead as a sign of reverence and love...
